Rui Huang is a multi-disciplinary innovation engineer and design strategist with over 10 years of experience leading new product innovation and development in-house.
He currently holds the position of Lead Innovation Engineer at Dyson, the Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and was previously the Design Lead and Manager at Philips Lighting.
Rui embraces a transdisciplinary approach and synergises design, engineering, technology, and business to create tangible experiences and meaningful product solutions, hoping to bring a ray of optimism to society by solving real-world problems and challenges.
His practice embodies his belief to “fuel engineering and science-informed innovation with an artistic and humanistic touch for a poetic leap.”
